Everything you need to know about using Lizaonair for your social media giveaways

How does it work?
  • Log in (authorization links are at the top of the page)
  • Select the needed post by clicking your avatar at the top of the page, or paste the link manually into the red field in the center
  • Purchase Premium if needed
  • Adjust all necessary settings and the selection method (⚙️ icon)
  • Start processing the comments
  • If anything goes wrong, carefully read the service messages and follow the instructions
  • All winners who pass automatic checks will appear on the results page
Change interface language

The language is detected automatically based on your system settings, but you can change it using these links:

🔐 Authorization
How does authorization work?

Authorization is required to confirm account ownership, verify payments, and apply the service rules.
To log in, click the icon of the social network you need at the top of the page.
If you have several linked Instagram accounts — log in through Facebook or set a separate password for the needed account and sign in to Instagram with it, then use our site's authorization.
You can generate a strong password via this link.

Authorization is performed in the standard way (OAuth 2.0) via the official social network API (for example Facebook). It is absolutely safe. Our service does not request or store any passwords — the login process happens entirely on the chosen social network’s website. Your accounts are completely safe!

Authorization code doesn’t arrive

Unfortunately, we cannot influence how Instagram or Facebook handle SMS or email delivery. This process happens entirely on their side. We do not send any SMS or emails.
Here are a few ways to fix it:

🎲 Picking Winners
Pick a winner from comments
  • Copy the link to your post or video and paste it into the field in the center of the screen.
  • Then click START and wait until all comments are processed. You can cancel comment processing at any moment using the X icon.
  • When the processing finishes, you'll see a randomly selected comment and its author (name and avatar at the top).
Pick a winner from authors
  • One author may leave 100 comments while another leaves only 1 — picking “from authors” gives both equal chances. But picking “from comments” gives 100x higher chance to the first one.
  • Copy the link to your post or video and paste it into the field in the center.
  • Then open settings ⚙️ and check the option “pick from authors”.
  • Click START and wait for the results.
  • You can cancel the process any time using the X icon.
Pick a winner from likes

Instagram has disabled viewing all likes for all accounts. At the moment, picking from likes (if there are more than 1000) and like verification do not work.

  • Copy the link to your post or video and paste it into the center field.
  • Open settings ⚙️ and enable “pick from likes”.
  • Click START and wait for the results.
  • You can cancel anytime using ❌

NB! Our service picks from the last 1000 available likes, while Instagram manually shows only the last 100. If you have more than 100 (but less than 1000), you cannot make a full selection manually — only through our service.

Pick a winner by hashtag

For Instagram giveaways you can pick a random photo by #hashtag. We use the first #tag from your post description and consider all photos and videos with this tag posted not earlier than your giveaway post. If no posts are found for the tag — settings automatically switch back to “pick from comments”.

Multiple winners
  • You can select multiple winners using the 🔄 button.
  • It appears right after selecting the first winner.
  • You don’t need to reprocess comments — winners are picked one by one without duplicates.
  • Free version limit — 10 winners. Premium — 50.

    Subscription check
    • Subscription check verifies whether the participant is following the author of the giveaway post. For collaborative posts we check the profile of the user who published the post.
    • Our service can verify subscriptions for private Instagram accounts as well.
    • For YouTube giveaways — the participant must make their subscriptions list public.
    Repost check

    The participant must repost the giveaway post to their Story (share → add to Story) and save it to Highlights — this allows us to check the repost anytime, not just within 24 hours.

    • ⚠️ If the conditions do not include saving to Highlights — the repost check turns OFF automatically.
    • ⏱️ Only Stories created after your giveaway post are checked.
    • ☝️ Participants can restore any Story from their Archive if they forgot to add it to Highlights.
    Sponsor check
    • We read all tagged accounts from the post description except @lizaonair and verify subscription to them.
    • This function is available when subscription check to the organizer is enabled.
    • If any sponsor account is private or unavailable (typo, missing underscore, etc.) — the sponsor check toggle will be disabled.
    💳 Pricing & Payment
    Free version
    • In the free version you can pick winners from authors, comments, hashtags, and likes.
    • To use the free version you must mention 
      @lizaonair
      in your post text.
    • Max comments/likes/reposts — 
      500

    • If the numbers are higher — you need Premium.

    Subscription, sponsor, repost, and like checks also require Premium. Free version limit — 10 winners max.

    PREMIUM ⭐ version
    • In addition to all free features, Premium allows subscription, like, repost, and sponsor checks.
    • No limits on comments/likes/reposts.
    • Max winners — 50.
    • One nice bonus — automatic handling of 
      STOP
      comments from the post author (with two modes: single-word or containing “ stop ”).
    • Premium stays forever for the specific link — you can pick winners anytime.
    • NB! Premium is purchased per post/link, not for the whole account.
    • Premium cost: €3 (prices may vary).
    • We have no subscriptions or hidden charges.
    How to pay?
    1. Log in
    2. Paste your giveaway link
    3. Click the payment button
    4. Pay
    5. Check your email — the receipt will arrive there

    Do not try to pay twice — if something goes wrong, contact support.

    How to cancel a subscription?

    We don’t have — and never had — any subscriptions. You are probably confusing us with another service.
    Each link is paid once separately.

    How to update payment info?
    1. Log in
    2. Go via this link to your customer portal
    3. Update your payment information

    🏆 Results & Publishing
    Results page

    You can find the link to the results page by clicking 🏆 under the input field. The page shows all winners who passed all selected automatic checks. The winner list updates instantly after each selection.

    How to record the giveaway?
    • Click “Screen Recording” in the bottom-right corner and grant access
    • Run the giveaway on your computer and record the screen, or film it on your phone
    • Run the giveaway on your phone and use built-in screen recording, or film it with another phone
    • Use any method convenient for you

    For convenience, the browser window size is shown in the top-left corner. The indicator turns green when the size is perfect for HD recording (1920×1080 or 1280×720).

    How to publish the results?
    • Winner list is available on the results page 🏆
    • A short link is shown at the bottom of the results page
    • Screenshot or record the giveaway results
    • Use the short link for posting in Stories
    Is everything fair?

    Absolutely! 100% pure random. You can view the code and find the function responsible for the random winner selection. You can also click the star icon in the bottom-left corner and see the random distribution for all commenters. Hundreds of channels already use our service and show the results openly.

    All Instagram, YouTube, and VK giveaways have a public results page — the trophy icon next to the settings opens it. You can share this page with your participants. With Premium you can moderate the winner list and hide participants who didn’t meet special requirements.

    How to export data to Excel?

    After comments/likes/authors are processed, click the EXCEL icon next to the winner card. Import the generated .CSV file into EXCEL.

    ⚠️ Troubleshooting
    Why aren’t all Instagram comments loading?

    If you normally get 10 comments but suddenly expect 1000+ on a giveaway post, Instagram will likely block access to most comments due to unusual activity (spam filter). Closing comments or archiving the post gives Instagram time to review them and restore access. 4–5 days is enough in most cases.
    We are the only service that notifies you about this and prevents giveaways with missing comments.

    Why is my post unavailable in Instagram?

    A post may be unavailable for several reasons: 🔒 private account, age restrictions, 🔞 banned keywords in the text, 🍾 prohibited content.

    Restrictions must be REMOVED, not changed to a different age.
    Instagram may automatically restrict a post based on its content — you can try editing the text and waiting.
    If nothing helps — the giveaway cannot be processed through our service.

    Why aren’t all VK comments loading?
    Most likely your group/page/profile has restricted public data access. Check the privacy settings.
    Payment issues

    Payment works via Stripe. Please double check your card origin country and your location to make sure its aligned perfectly.
